A Children's Book About Grief, Loss,
and the Glorious Hope of Heaven

I am Dorothy Miller, Wife to Lowell, Mama to 3 beautiful young adults, Kali, Hunter & Lexi and precious Abby who went to heaven in 2014. I partnered with my young artist friend, Archie Damschen and have written a colorful book for children ages 4-8, that will be released on July 14, 2026. Splashes of Red shares in simple terms the expereince of loss and grief along with God's constant faithfulness in our sadness and the hope of Heaven and being reunited there with those we love.
