From the time I was young, I have always enjoyed writing! I love words and their meanings and the interaction of speaking things that minister to people where they are and have been encouraged by many to write an actual book.
The thought is terrifying.
But if there is anything I have learned multiple times in the past years it’s that life is a gift and that life is short. We only get one trip through. So, I am taking steps to actually put my work out there.
I don’t know when this will come to fruition but I know that I am one step closer to my dreams coming true then I was yesterday.

June 2025 Update: I am so excited to share that I have joined forces with a brilliant young local artist, Archie Damschen, who has agreed to do the illustrations for my book which I am titling “Splashes of Red – Finding Joy When I Am Sad”
Archie is a self taught 14 year old, high school freshman our family has known for quite some time. He is a precious and delightful young man who shares my vision to spread God’s care and joy to the world. Stay Tuned! Exciting things are just around the corner!
